Linda de Beer

Linda has 15 years experience as a non-executive director on JSE listed boards, often chairing the audit committee. She has a long history in the setting of standards, guidance and frameworks, both at a local and international level, in technical accounting and financial reporting, corporate governance and listings requirements.

Previous roles include:

Member of the King Committee.

Chair of the JSE's Financial Reporting Investigation Panel.

Chair of the Public Interest Oversight Board (based in Spain).

Member of the Board of Trustees of the International Valuation Standards Council (based in London).

Member of the PCAOB's Investor Advisory Group (based in Washington).
